Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains when and how you can return products and receive refunds.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or cut-to-size flooring products

  • Products damaged due to improper installation

  • Products used or altered after delivery

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact us at:

  • Our support team will review and approve the return request.
  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.

Restocking Fee

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our fault (damaged, incorrect product), return shipping will be borne by us.

  • For other approved returns, return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

  • Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank.

Replacement

In eligible cases, replacement will be dispatched instead of a refund, based on customer preference and stock availability.
